I came to walk on a local trail this morning to pray about a difficult situation in my life and I need God to intervene in. I had been walking and praying for about 30 minutes when I came upon this heart hanging on a tree. I almost didn’t take it until I read “if you find this, it was meant to find you.” I have never heard of the quilted heart or seen anything like it but I will treasure it forever.
