I recently lost my job of ten years, so things have been difficult the last few weeks. My confidence has been shaken to its core. Today, as I was running an errand my car alerted me that I had a low tire. I stopped at a gas station and discovered a huge screw in my tire. I made it to the tire store and decided to walk over to the Starbucks to wait on the repair. As I was walking back to the tire store, I spotted the heart on a tree in the parking lot of the Sam’s Club gas station on E 96th St. When I realized it was something I could keep, it brought joy and hope to my heart. A reminder that I am loved and everything will work out eventually. Thank you for this kind gesture!
