I found this heart unexpectedly hanging from a tree in front of Catawba Valley Medical Center, I had just visited with my Nana who was admitted to the hospital the night before. I had just had a very promising visit with her and her condition had improved greatly from the night prior. I think k of this heart as hope and promise that she will improve. Thank you to whomever handmade this quilted heart. It gave me hope after a rough past couple days.
