I woke up feeling insecure and depressed. Which is unlike me. I figured it was just gonna be an off day and I just had to push through. I was bringing my friend to an appointment and I sat in the waiting room. I sat there for a while stuck in my own thoughts. I looked beside me a bit later and saw an indoor plant to the side of me with the quilted heart hanging on it. Out of curiosity I took a look at it and to my surprise it put a smile on my face! Thank you, it’s what I needed!
