I found this quilted heart on one of the many walks I take on the Highline Canal with my dog. The past two years of my life has been particularly difficult with a lot of life changing events that I’ve struggled though and the Highline Canal walks have been a constant source of peace and balance for me. When I found the quilted heart it warmed my heart and made my day. I like to think my Dad, who passed a way 3 years ago, sent it to me just to let me know that he walks with me. Thank you to the maker of this lovely little gem. It hangs on the Christmas tree for now.
