I found this adorable quilted heart on the Goffstown rail trail hanging on the post of a bench while out on a walk with my husband. We walk this trail nearly daily so I spotted this pop of color instantly as it was against the norm. I instantly got excited when I saw what it was and immediately wanted to share the story of this found quilted heart. Thank you for this nice little surprise!
