I went to Galveston, TX for the weekend with my family for my brother’s birthday. On our last day, before we all got in our cars to head back home, we planned to have an early lunch at a Mexican restaurant near by where we were staying. My niece and myself were the first people to arrive, so I went to the front desk to reserve our table, then went to a little sitting area to wait for the rest of our family. While we were waiting I was just looking around at the room, decorations, and plants! Which is where I found this beautiful creation. I found this quilted heart in one of the plants! I found the heart on May 18,2025 at roughly 10:00AM. It’s been a while now since I found it, so I can’t remember if I found it hanging on the plant, or in the plant pot. Regardless, I found it and it was beautiful. At first I thought it was left in memorial or out of respect for someone, until I read the note on it, stating that it needed a home! How adorable I thought, and it matched my outfit too! I decided to loop it through my belt and wear it as the perfect accessory to add to my wardrobe. I was wearing it the other day and the ribbon came undone, unfortunately, but not to worry, I have every plan to sew a new ribbon on and continue to love and appreciate this beautiful work of art!
