I had just found out that I have diabetes yesterday and this morning I picked up my prescriptions at CVS for it. As I was sitting in the car at CVS I looked up and there was a tree in front of my car and I saw something hanging on a branch just blowing in the wind, I realized it was a heart and saw a tiny note. I decided to go check it out and saw this cute quoted heart that said it needed a home. I love this Idea it made me smile. Thank you to the person who quilted this
