My family and I were on a walk in the park, my husband walked by a tree and said look at the cute little patchwork heart. I looked closer and see the note attached, “I need a home.”
It made our day. We felt so loved and special that we were the folks that found this beautiful heart. What a thoughtful thing to do. 🩷🩷 we appreciate the time the person took to make this thoughtful gift.
