I was walking on a path I frequent, but chose to walk the opposite direction that I always take just to “change things up and to have a new perspective.” As I was approaching Core Power Yoga, I saw this sweetest little heart hanging from the iron fence, the sparkled and caught my eye. I went closer, read the card she had a attached and knew we were to find each other. My step was lighter and my day brightened because of the kindness and creation of a stranger. Thank you to the maker of this beautiful heart. She is going on our tree tonight. I needed this. I have an 18 Year old son struggling with addiction and the holidays look different than I could have imagined. Somehow this felt like a perfect gift sent to me.
