Today was a hard day. I found out that a very dear friend past away by a call from his daughter. I needed a moment to reflect and grieve so I took a walk in our back garden area at the Eden Prairie Senior Center. I have walked this path for 15 years and today as I walked and cried I looked down and saw this quilted heart on the ground. It did not hit me till I looked up your website to see what this really was and that is when I felt the great big hug from the volunteer that made this heart. THANK YOU!
It has been a very hard few months for me and continues to be challenging. I will keep this heart in my purse and when I am feeling down I will pull it out and remember someone did something nice for little ol’ me.
