Found this lovely heart in the lobby of the doctors office I work at. I kept it at my desk for a while in case someone came looking for it. After a while I realized it was a Quilted Heart and someone had left a nice gift to be found. After speaking to co-workers about it I realized this was the second heart found by someone in our office.
