In July 2023, I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes super unexpectedly as I am only 23 years old! Since then, I have found a love for going on long walks and have so far lost over 10kg! I was on a 4-mile walk where I came across this quilted heart hanging from the branch of a tree at the hardest point of my walk! It gave me the biggest boost and I felt so much love and just knew this heart would be my new good luck charm! It absolutely made my day!
