Today we were going for our last appointment at our daughter’s pediatrician, as we are moving from Durham, NC to New Hampshire. It’s been a tough week, as we are having to say goodbye to some amazing people we have met in the last 6 years, but more importantly in the last year and a half since we had our daughter! I knew saying goodbye her doctor would be difficult and I had tears in my eyes walking in, when I stumbled upon this beautiful heart! It couldn’t have been better timing and it made my heart so happy! We will hold onto this heart for generations to come ♥️
