It was my 65st birthday today (one I wasn’t excited to celebrate because going on Medicare made me feel very old) and I had also been frustrated paying a particular bill that had increased so I decided to take myself shopping. As I pulled into the parking place next to a tree, I noticed this sparkly heart hanging from it saying it needed a home. It had a day of the dead skull on it (not sure if that was a good or bad thing on this dreaded birthday) but i took it as a good sign that someone was thinking of me and wanted to brighten my day. Thank you to whoever left this heart. It turned a frustrating morning into a much brighter birthday.
