I have been depressed and stuck in my bed for days. My friend invited me to the library so I figured I’d go and hopefully I’d feel a little better getting out the house. Upon arriving at the library, I see a cute little quilted heart hanging on the fence right in front of the building. I get close to inspect it and see it says I NEED A HOME. So I happily grabbed it and said “come with me, I’ll give you a home.” I looked up the website and when I saw what the purpose of these hearts were for, it instantly brightened my day (which I needed pretty bad).. It’s like it was meant for me, knowing I needed a smile. ♡
