My husband and I stopped at the Pokegama Dam Picnic Area to explore this beautiful area. I noticed a trees leaves turning red so I went to take a closer look and that’s where I discovered the beautiful quilted heart hanging from one of its branches. My husband and I were so emotional about finding it, as it reminds us of our adult daughter who is in heaven. We used to share snaps of images of hearts with her when we discovered them with each other. Then we’d say, “You’ve been hearted!” We’ve just been hearted!! Thank you for this unexpected blessing.
