My older sister was a big fan of George Strait. Unfortunately she passed away and could only make the Charlotte concert in spirit. It all started when we each got a Facebook friend request from Jeannie around the time my younger sister(Kelly) got the tickets. Then when we got to Charlotte we were walking around downtown and I found the quilted heart. Just before Jeannie passed she had made and handed out quilts to those she loved. When we got to the concert Kelly went to get us some drinks. Her server…you guessed it “Jeannie” not a name we see very often. During the concert there were a few tears and a lot of joy. We know that she was with us. Whenever I see that heart I will think of her.
