I found my quilted heart while walking around Lower Blue Lake. Fall just hit here in Tahoe and it is the perfect time to head out that way. I have been here a few times, but I never approached this old shack building before. I saw the heart as I was walking up and I was so excited I screamed! My boyfriend had no idea why I was so happy until I explained what the heart meant.
On a personal note, I just got back from a very difficult trip home burying my grandmother I was very close to. I was gone for a few weeks and this was my first day back home in Tahoe. I really needed a pick me up and this heart means so much to me! Thank you!!
