Visiting the Cape Point Nature Reserve I was about to sign the guest book at the Buffelsfontein Visitor Centre where an exquisite Origins of Early Southern Sapiens Behaviour Exhibition was extremely thought provoking. In essence, it showed how early humans came from this region and we all come from the same origins.
The “Welcome Home” sign and guest book with visitors comments from all round the globe was beside the quilted heart. It was a divine nudge that I’m home right where I am, in the midst of my struggle with deep issues of faith as I lose hope in organised religion.
Lately I’ve been praying to “The Great Heart”. Conventional gendered ideas of God are too painful to bear as I watch the genocide under way in the Holy Land. Your heart was truly heart medicine for me. Thank you so much.
