Found this when out walking the beach at Kettle Cove in Cape Elizabeth, on February 5th 2024. I visit Kettle Cove almost daily for cold-water swimming; however, this time I opted out of the “plunge” due to a photo shoot happening at the beach, as well as the blasting windchill. So I took a walk instead, and decided to go off the beaten path. Lo and behold, I found this quilted heart hanging from a beach shrub… I almost ignored it until reading the tag “I NEED A HOME!” so decided to pluck from its branch and take home to my kids. Thanks and now I know about the quilted heart community! All the best to you.
