On Saturday, January 28 2023 was walking the rail trail section of almamuchy state Park closest to route 206 near cranberry lake, closest to the old iron mines in Byram NJ, when I noticed the most curious object, a quilted heart pined to the sign post which directs hikers off the main rail trail onto the “Iron Mine Trail”. Immediately it made my day a little happier. I thought: Wow, so random, in a really pleasant and peaceful way. Thank you to whom ever left it. You made me day. Brought a smile to my face. The World needs more warmth and happiness, and the quilted heart brings a little more sunshine into this world.
January 28 is My little Sister Victoria birthday, she sadly perished in a car accident when she was 19 years old in July 21, 2005 in Roxbury NJ. The heart made me think of sister, the good times, so long ago. She would be 37 if she where still alive today.
