My wife and I were on a short retirement vacation to the coast of Maine (from our home in Connecticut). We had just visited Footbridge Brewing Company in Boothbay Harbor, as recommended by a friend. After sampling their lovely wares, we decided to take the footbridge across the bay and there we discovered this quilted heart! We looked up the story of the quilted heart and it filled us with so much joy that we took this heart and now plan to continue this fun tradition wherever we go across the country!
