My husband went in for a stent. Was told he had to have triple bypass surgery. Had surgery, all going well, came home and on the 4th day he coughed and split his incision open. 3 surgeries later and a titanium plate in his chest we are home and healing well.
I went to work (The Inn at Blackstone) and saw something hanging from a tree in front of the hotel. It was a beautiful quilted heart. Brought tears to my eyes and made me think of my husband and what we were going through. The beautiful quilted heart reminds me that all we be good and he will heal and we will move on.
