I had just gotten done with my dog walking and other volunteering activities at humane society of central Oregon, when I was leaving the building I brightly colored object that was hanging on a bush in the parking lot cought my eye, i curiously walked over to it and examined it, I read the tag and brought it home thanks for brightening my day !.
