What a wonderful day! We were in Belvidere Park getting pictures taken of my son for his senior year. I was feeling a little sad as I am coming to the realization that time is going by too fast and my baby isn’t a baby anymore. All too soon my baby will be moving out and creating a new life on his own. As I was waiting for him and the photographer to return, I was looking around on my own. I came across a box with park district information. I decided to take a look inside and I found my own I Found a Quilted Heart!! It really made my day. It reminded me that regardless of where my son is, we will always have the love that binds us.
I have hung my own IFAQH for others, but this is the first I have ever found. It reminded me of what an impact you can make on others with just a little bit of time and caring. Thank you to the wonderful person who left this beautiful heart for me to find. It will be cherished.
