I was wondering the park with my group. I am in a program called Foundation For Successful Living in Denver, and we were enjoying the beautiful Cherry Creek State Park, when I saw something sparkly on a tree branch. I quickly decided I would provide a new home for this cute little heart and stuck it in my hoodie pocket, then sadly I forgot about it, but that’s just where the story begins, because my mom, who was preparing for therapy decided to grab her hoodie that I borrowed. She was struggling to get around, but then she stuck her hand in the hoodie only to find a magical little quilted heart… She searched high and low wondering where and how this crazy little cute soft, coping skill came from… She took pictures, and asked her best friend, her husband, her neighbors, and then finally she said hey, you know anything about this little thing… I was like oh yeah, I found that mom. Now my mom wants to keep it going.💕
