There’s a cemetery near my house that I frequently visit just to clean up trash, pick up flower vases that have fallen over and sometimes just park in to listen to the birds and watch the sun set. Every time I drive over, instead of walking, I park by the same tree just because it’s so pretty and the spot gives me the perfect view for watching the sun set. I’ve always noticed something hanging in the tree but I always figured it was some kind of remembrance ornament. I finally walked up to the tree today to see what it was and I found the quilted heart! I contemplated leaving it for someone else to find and brighten their day but I figured I’m just as deserving as the next person to keep something to special. Finding this made my heart happy, thank you to whoever made this and left for me to find.
