I brought my Uncle to Rhode Island Hospital (Cardiac building) because he is having yet another “shock” to put his heart back into rhythm he has had AFIB for half his life and does this shock treatment almost yearly now. As we were walking into the building I spotted a bare bush with something hanging on it. I stopped to see what it was and it was a baggie with a quilted heart inside. It was purple and had a butterfly charm on it and a smiley face. (My grandmother loved butterflies and purple, and her nickname was “smiley”)so it just seemed so ironic to find something symbolizing my grandma who passed almost 10 years ago on a day my uncle (her son) was having a heart procedure done. It makes me feel like she is here watching over my uncle. This made my day! Thank u to whoever put this there for me to find!
