An act of kindness. As I journeyed across the states with Biskit (doggie) from Louisiana to New York-we naturally stopped at many a rest area. In Georgia (6/24) the welcome center area was spectacular. As I strolled with my little girl I saw lying on a shrub a heart shaped object. I approached and thought how cute! But I didn’t want to look like a thief 😂 I did turn around and picked it up and read the little bitty note. It read on one side Ifoundaquiltedheart.com and the other I Need A home! it is a quilted red heart with animated little cows and a lamb button in the middle. Someone made that heart just for me #IFAQH Having entered into a 2nd phase of grief following my soulmates death (2/7/23) it confirmed to me that one simple act of kindness can transform emotions through love. I spent today (afternoon) making a few. I plan to #PassOnKindness
