Thank you so much whoever left this beautiful heart. I just went to deliver a present to an elderly lady that was adopted for Christmas. When I was pulling into the driveway I noticed the heart on a small pole going into the driveway. Its absolutely beautiful!!! It now has a place on our tree 🙂
