I found my quilted heart a few weeks ago hanging on a park bench at Starlite Beach in Alpena, MI. My husband and I regularly take our 5-year old grandson to the playground at the beach. We were just getting ready to leave when I noticed something pink and green on the back of the park bench. When I took a closer look and read the tag, I saw that it was a small quilted heart obviously made with love just for me. I took it home and checked out the website and was amazed to read the stories about these little bits of kindness. I couldn’t wait to tell everyone about the quilted heart I found and have been proudly showing it to my family and friends. It has inspired me to make my own hearts to leave for others in the hope that not only will it brighten their day but might inspire them to acts of kindness, too.
