So after Physio, I decided to go and take in some outdoor therapy. A nice solo walk, soaking up some Vitamin D. One would never guess that they’d literally run into another “I found a quilted heart” Back in March I found my first one, and low and behold, today I found another. These are little gems placed by some beautiful human to brighten someone’s day…thank you to whomever knew I needed a little extra love today 🌷💖
