Found outside the Hobby Lobby hanging from the back of a handicapped ♿️ sign. At first i thought it was something snagged on the sign till i got much closer. Then realized it was a heart with a note. I looked up the website and thought it was cute and sweet. It made me feel special and brightened my day.
