I was walking on the Clement Park Trail near work at lunch today and found this beautiful quilted heart. It meant a lot to me because I am on day 2 of my health walk. My last physical was not as great as I had hoped, so I have taken steps to take the steps to a healthier me. Coming out of depression, this was the smile I needed for my day. Thank you!
