I had a hard day at work and my wife went out with her friends so I spent the evening mountain biking and just thinking about life, my recent Type 1 diabetes diagnosis at the age of 33, and how to make sure I continue doing the things I love. I went to check the mail and found a heart! Really brightened my day.
