I found this sweet St. Patty’s themed heart outside the Dubuque ENT clinic. I was picking up a friend after work and noticed it hanging in one of the bushes right away. A friend’s daughter found one a few years ago-so I was amazed to find one myself. It is my son’s birthday today, and hearts are very meaningful to our family. So extra special to find this today. 💌
