I just finished talking to my Mom on the phone, something I try to do at least once a month, when I came across this heart. I am currently in the Army, stationed at Fort Hood, TX. I usually go to a park, or an outdoor museum, or somewhere where I can feel the fresh air and have a nice conversation. This time I decided to drive to Copperas Cove. After a good talk with my Mom, I walked by H-E-B and saw this heart on a tree; it really got my attention. I will admit, I was feeling pretty down and our phone conversation involved me talking a lot about the negative things in my life. This heart came to me at a great time and confirmed something for me – people in Texas really care about the military, and about each other in general. To whoever put this heart on the tree, thank you! I will try to make someone else feel good and feel loved as you did for me.
