Earlier today I reached out to someone I saw at the gym and acknowledged all of his hard work and told him I admired his dedication. A couple of minutes later I was eating lunch and I noticed this little heart hanging off of a tree. I couldn’t help but smile and believe this was almost instant positive karma. I truly believe one active kindness will be traded for another and positive actions Will always lead to positive outcomes.
