Today we were out walking at the beach and getting ice-cream to celebrate the 3 year anniversary of my sons life-saving heart surgery. I had a feeling we may find something today and went into the local community centre where we found this hanging on a fire extinguisher. I was so happy I burst into tears, I knew we were meant to find it on this special day ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much to the person who made this, it made our day ❤️ Lauren and Travis x
